Plan, develop and implement the Communications strategy for Silatech, utilizing public relations and traditional media, online platforms, social media, events, video and animation, and direct outreach in order to support the agreed upon Silatech strategy. Manage and develop direct reporting staff. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets. Consult with Business Units to obtain information on programs or services, understand objectives and audiences, and discuss style and length of content copy.
